Ingredients:
- 300g of Arborio rice
- 600ml of chicken broth
- 100g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 100g of squid, sliced
- 100g of mussels, cleaned
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of saffron threads
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
